The future of cinema could be this:
All films could be made with Artificial Intelligence software only.
No cast and no crew would ever be needed ever again.
The director is also the writer, producer, author, and artist.
It is like both a novel and a literal work of art. In fact, in this way much more so.
Artificial Intelligence software would exactly replicate in carbon copy fashion 16mm, 35mm, 65mm, and 70mm celluloid film. Perhaps even make it better than celluloid.
Artificial Intelligence software would be able to copy and mimic the greatest directors of all time and their auteur styles from many different film movements, films, genres, and time periods in the history of world cinema. Artificial Intelligence software would be able to copy and mimic any and all films in the history of world cinema.
You would be able to accomplish a whole lot more in terms of film aesthetics, film artistry, and technical film accomplishments with Artificial Intelligence software than what was previously accomplished in film history.
Any person of any age (5 years old to 90 years old) with little to no experience in filmmaking can make films like this anywhere in the world and at any time.
All films would be completely 100 percent independent.
All of this which I've just described is a more easily and widely accessible way to make films.
There wouldn't be any competition because you can easily download films in your home for a fee from a streaming hosting service, and keep forever in your collection.
The playing field would be more mutually respectable, more fair, and more mutually collaborative.
Hollywood, the film business, the Cinema movement, all film studios, the film industry, all movie theatres, all film schools, all film festivals, all film and television award ceremonies, and the television industry would all be obsolete.
Cinema would experience an absolute aesthetic, blossoming, and transformative renaissance and golden age all around the world.
If this is the future of cinema, I would fully embrace it.
